INNSBRUCK, AUSTRIA, August 27, 2007 — Dr. Watson Scott Swail, the President & CEO of the Educational Policy Institute, presented with three esteemed colleagues at the European Association for Institutional Research (EAIR) Conference today in Innsbruck, Austria.
