Student Aid, Access, & Affordability
EPI is an international leader in the area of student financial aid policy and postsecondary access. Dr. Swail, president of EPI, and Mr. Usher, Vice President of EPI, have extensive background and research and policy making in this area, and both have written extensively on the topic.
EPI has conducted a number of projects related to student aid and postsecondary access over recent years in the US and Canada, and also related to international issues. The work includes policy studies of tuition policies, admissions policies, and also evaluations of scholarship programs and other policy initiatives.
