VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - December 21, 2007 - The Educational Policy Institute today released an analysis of the 15 presidential candidates in the 2008 US Presidential election. The report was written by EPI President and Founder Watson Scott Swail, with Ronald C. Willis of Smith Dawson Andrews, a DC-based government affairs firm, and Rebecca M. Mullen, a research associate at EPI.
